I am living overseas and Ellis and Co have managed my property for let since 2005, and I would reccomend them to anybody considering letting out their property. As I live in Australia, I need to have faith in my managing agent - which I do!. As well as nearly doubling my rental return since 2005, I have never not had a tenant, rent is paid immediately to me (I never have to chase them for it), repairs are dealt with efficently and are never over charged, and emails and queries from me are always replied to. If you want peace of mind and hassle free letting, these are the guys to choose!!!
