We instructed Kier Hawkins to manage the letting of our property and he did a great job. We then instructed him and Andy James to sell the property and they both did a great job. Very responsive and kept us updated of key developments achieving the sale price we wanted. I would recommend for both sales and letting. Reasonable fees for both.
