This is literally the best agency I've dealt with in London. They have always been quick in solving problems with the flat. They've also been very understanding when I had trouble finding a new flatmate during the covid pandemic. I think it will be difficult for me now to re-adapt to the lower standards of other agencies in London, I was incredibly sad to leave the flat I've stayed for 4 years with this agency.
