Amazing service and very friendly, helpful and rapid with responses to queries all throughout the search for a rental property. Mary was fantastic at organising viewings, in addition to suggesting properties I hadn't considered, one of which was outstanding and became the place I am now renting! Once choosing a property both Mary and Charlotte were great at ensuring the referencing and move-in process went smoothly. I have no complaints about any of the interactions and dealings I had with Alexander & Co. and would highly recommend them in the future.
