We were really nervous to sell our first home and after Alexander & co were recommended to us by my in laws we contacted them for an informal chat about the process of selling our home. We initially spoke with Kaiden, he was informative, professional and made us both feel completely relaxed asking any questions we had. They had an offer on their fees at the time and after our chat we arranged for them to come and view the house to value it. I think it was luck that it happened again to be Kaiden who came to see us, he ended up leading the sale of our house and was honestly amazing throughout. Completely attentive, kept us updated after each viewing and really pushed for us to get not only the right price for our home but the right person too. Once sold, Angela took over care & she was equally fantastic, but Kaiden continued to keep in touch where we he could. Even the staff at the office when i rang in a panic because of some complications in the chain later on were faultless.
