An obvious decision

We contacted Bond Oxborough to potentially sell our house. They turned up, looked around the house gave us their valuation and thoughts about how well the property would sell. Everything they said coincided with our thoughts and we were left feeling really positive. The next day we had another agent visit to get a second opinion. This was the agent we were hoping to sell with as we originally purchased through them. To say we were left deflated after they left was an understatement. They were nowhere near what we wanted with the valuation and worst still, they made it feel like it would not be easy to sell our house. The obvious decision was to made to choose Bond Oxborough, they took some really good photos and in no time we had viewings. 8 days later we had our first offer which we accepted. Unfortunately from that point on things slowed down considerably due to issues on our buyers side. At times it felt like Bond Oxborough were the only people trying to get this sale through. We were under pressure to complete on our new property and the longer our sale went on the more likely our new sale would fall through. Bond Oxborough tried their hardest to get the relevant people moving and keeping me informed about the progress. Eventually everything went through and we now leave happily in our new house. I really believe if it wasn't for Bond Oxborough we wouldn’t be where we are today.
