I cannot recommend Regency highly enough, however, I am biased: Regency gave us the highest valuation, evaluated our property on the finish and individual appeal and sold it the day after it was put on the market after the first viewing. Two other estate agents in Bideford refused to ask a higher price as it would be 'embarrassing for us to have no interest'. Regency recommended an asking price 5% higher than the others and achieved a price 4.2% higher. Regency may not be able to achieve this for every client (in fact they may be cringing if they read this), but I am sure that every client would receive an honest and open approach; sympathetic and experienced guidance; respect and feel valued as both a client and an individual. Our buyers visited every Estate Agent in Bideford and stated that Regency were the only agent who not only fully listened to their needs, but tailored the property details offered to those needs. Building that rapport enabled Regency to liaise smoothly between seller and buyer to make the process as pain free as possible.
