We were selling a country property that had good kerb appeal but needed a lot of work so Neil’s idea was to create the lifestyle image in the buyer’s mind by the sale particulars, which were excellent, and to talk to each party interested, even offering to drive them to the property to instil that lifestyle image in their minds. It worked a treat and we sold on the second viewing. It’s worth noting we had marketed for a year with one of his competitors without success.
