We emailed this office recently to request a viewing on a rental property having arranged to travel from Hampshire to Devon for a couple of nights. Unlike so many other agents we dealt with Julie telephoned us almost immediately, she was so understanding of our situation and worked with us to arrange a viewing convenient for us. On the day she was so friendly, helpful and informative as we have not rented before. We were delighted to secure the property and Julie continued to support us, always offering to be available on the telephone, even on her days off! On key handover day Julie could not meet us but arranged for her colleague Nyah to bring us the keys at the property at 10. Having arrived well before 9 I messaged Nyah and she was there within about 15 minutes which we did not expect but was so appreciated. Again she was so lovely and friendly and took time to give us some useful local information. Both ladies are a credit to their profession and we will definitely be in touch with you all at Webbers when we look to buy a property.
