Under no circumstances would I ever use this agent again they are extremely rude & incompetent. After completion of my house purchase they did not have the keys available for me to access the property. In fact once the sale had been agreed they really did not want to do anything to help. After complaining about having no access I was verbally abused by several members of the staff that worked their the worst abuse by Susan Singleton who was shouting in my face & also gave me the finger as I walk out. Use this agent at your own risk !!!
