From start to finish, we received a high quality service from all the team at Country Properties in relation to selling our parent's house. Irma and Ashley did a sterling job preparing the particulars and producing an excellent brochure, which soon resulted in an offer that we accepted back in March. The process progressed at a relatively slow pace, partly due to the Covid-19 pandemic and some issues around planning options and extra bank checks etc. and throughout it all, Irma and her team, supported very well by Tracey (the Sales Progressor) kept up the momentum and remained professional and positive. At one point there was a major risk that we'd lost the sale but Irma saved the day and I am so pleased that we completed yesterday (mid November) and the buyers they found (from London) seem lovely.
