I have used Country Properties for my last two lettings and they have always been great. The lettings team seem to support each other and all get involved to help their clients. They respond well to problems etc and are timely in getting them sorted. They recently helped me and my partner find a beautiful place to live after a different one fell through and we couldn’t be more in love with the property. Really recommend as they are very professional. Only down side is having to pay rent four days before it’s due. This is to cover bank holidays etc but with bank transfers being instant these days, I don’t feel this is necessary in 2021. It all works out in the end as it’s a monthly payment but can mean you are paying two lots of rent in the same month when you first move in - so watch out for the dates.
