AVOID!!!!

TERRIBLE Service. They are very useful until you pay them, after that they will not help you at all. If something breaks it will take months to get it fixed (somethings might not even get fixed at all) and they will try to make you feel like if they were doing you a favor by doing this. They will also try to get as much money out of you as possible. I was paying them a fee to arrange/pay my bills but they didn´t do it properly and that costed us 700 pounds (which obviously, they refused to pay back). At the end of the tenancy they also tried to charge me twice for some bills that “I did not pay”, but I have everything in writing so were not able to do that. AVOID this agency, they do not care about their tenants. .
