I have just moved into the new flat that I found through John Shepherd. I would like to thank Emily, Lily and Megan at the Birmingham office. Emily showed me the property and her friendliness made all the difference seeing the place for the first time. It was then Lily and Megan who took it over from there and did a stellar job seeing me through the whole process. They were accessible and amicable at all times. They patiently answered all my questions, and I did have many given it was my first time renting a property in the UK. They accommodated all my needs and put all my concerns to rest. They made the process I dreaded painless and smooth. They are professional yet compassionate which is exactly what one needs entering the rent cycle for the first time in a country other than one's own. I am grateful for all three ladies and particularly sending gratitude out to Lily and Megan since I interacted with them the longest. They continue to answer my questions and address my concerns.
