I wanted to write this once I’d settled in the flat i am renting. My experience with John Shepherd- Birmingham has been nothing but a bliss. If i could give more than 5 stars i would! From viewing the property i dealt with both Megan and Lily Johnson and they were very professional, patient and understanding, I cant fault either of them. Communication was fast and any questions i had were dealt with in a timely manner. Having rented from other agencies which shall not be named, I will say that i was caught off guard as i was dreading the whole process due to bad experiences I’ve had in the past.
