Let’s go to the court. Since moving in three weeks ago, I have discovered that 1. the main door was difficult to open and close, 2. one of the light was damaged (not bulb), 3. the bed mattress was damaged, 4. the carpet was full of dust with dark spots, 5. one of chair was broken, 6. wardrobe has big whole which is also broke, 7.the toilet is smelly. I’ve waited for two weeks to get fixing, but nothing changes until now. I want to unwind contract and deposit back because when discussing the property agent stated [that it is well-furnished with professional cleanness with professional inspection]. I signed the tenancy agreement on the basis of the misleading information I was given. However, agent didn’t agree to unwind (even no apology), and I’m still waiting agent to provide landlord’s detail. There is a N1 form in gov website can be used to report this fraud. Also, make small claim would also be help if evidence is enough.
