Worse possible experience. Completely unprofessional staff. Even asking simple questions seemed like a chore for them to answer.

Poor service. My daughter and grandchildren were left locked out of their apartment in the early hours on 09/04/2023 with no assistance or care for their safety and wellbeing. The children’s Easter Day ruined. They were traumatised by not being able to get into their own home/beds. I’m disgusted that they can treat paying tenants this way, who have children, who are both under the age of 10 years old. This is just one of the long issues my daughter has with this so called “good” estate agents. I will be taking the matter further.

this agent reschedule the appointment without asking me, and I have been waiting in front of the property for 10mins and no one showed up and tell me they need to reschedule the appointment again???? Can you at least take some responsibility before making any decision and be on time!!!!

TENANTS BEWARE I made 5 complaints against Martin & Co with the Property Ombudsman - all 5 were ruled in my favour by the Property Ombudsman with monetary compensation to be paid to me by Martin & Co. The complaints were for poor service and neglecting maintenance repairs. Months later, Scott Haddock (from Martin & Co) illegally entered my apartment with 5 other strangers when I specifically told him in writing not to enter my home in my absence. He instead quoted me a clause in the tenancy agreement (after he conducted the unauthorised viewing) and implied that I MUST allow them access to my home for future tenant viewings and indicated that they will continue to enter my property to conduct viewings when they need to. I am pursuing this with both the police and the council as it is a criminal offence to enter someone's property when they have explicitly told you not to.
