Booked a viewing and waited 15 mins no one showed up. Called office, said will send someone. Waited another 25 mins, called again, said they can not do anything about it. Clueless!

Cannot do one thing right. Unresponsive and incredibly unprofessional. Had the worst experience renting, pretty much left me homeless because of their incompetence. Do not admit to their mistakes or apologise for them, rather try to make it seem like it was your mistake. Also been left with a broken/open window for various months (this has not actually been repaired, I wish the best for the next tenants - unfortunately I'm unable to warn them that their safety will be compromised).NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

don't make the mistake we did to go with martin and Co! We fell for some of the good reviews (which I now believe is not real). Don't fall for the best real estate of the year awards. We had the worst experience with them.

During my year of renting through this company I have mixed feelings. Some staff were helpful and polite, however the property manager Shanti Bailey has been nothing but rude, unresponsive and unhelpful. Since I have left the property 2 months ago I have not recieved my deposit back. They have told me the amount they are taking out of my deposit but will not send me the rest of my money. On top of that, during lockdown, when they were doing viewings I would go outside while they bring people into the property (because of covid) They ensured they would have the correct PPE etc but instead would come in, touch everything without gloves or anything. only ONE of the agents actually made sure to keep us all safe and asked us to turn lights/open doors&cupboards etc for safety. Another issue I had with them is that they did not know what their staff were doing. An agent named Tom came to the property and I had been asked to wait outside while he did a "virtual tour". After he had left my hot water had stopped working. When I called to ask if he had touched anything, the first person to pick up the phone laughed at me. After 5+ days continious calling and emailing to get help with the issue (and being told they will pass the issue on to eachother) , the property manager Shanti Bailey told me that there was no virtual viewings in the property. So why are their staff coming into my home and asking me to wait outside? They are now taking £75 from my deposit for a call out fee I was not aware of? After 5 days I had been staying with a friend and obviously did not expect them to send anyone as they were not helping with the issue in the first place.

Will try and charge you a standard flat rate cleaning fee at the end of your tenancy no matter how clean you leave the property. Take pictures of everything as you left it.
