I had rented a property with Intercounty for a two year tenancy utilising the Bishop’s Stortford branch. I dealt with Matt Stapleton throughout my tenancy and he was brilliant. He went above and beyond in his customer service for a whole matter of queries and I was very grateful to have direct contact with someone who was personable, efficient and showed empathy when needed.
