He has superb communications with us, very prompt response for any kinda mail, questions etc. PS: It was the first time who (Mr.Jake) has ever advised me where to park my car when i come for viewing. Very niggling and respectful professional.

I’ve been a tenant with InterCounty for the last 2 years and apart from the inspection lady Gemma I had not been impressed with the service I got. Feedback was late and it seemed nobody cared about the tenants. However, recently I was introduced to Matt. He is absolutely amazing.
