Great professional service from start to finish. Excellent advice from Josh on how to market the house and at what price based on local knowledge. Always kept up to date on viewings, which were also always facilitated by Josh or Doug without us needing to be there. Helpful insight from Josh on negotiating with buyers on offers received.
