Great collaboration with the agency and Landlord, fantastic experience. When something needed to be fixed there is a portal available when you can report the issue 24/7, upload photos etc. Very prompt response from agency and landlord, you have our respect! Moving was a wonderful process. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Any emails I sent with questions were responded to in really good time. Everything explained over the phone was clear. The whole process was as smooth as you can imagine, which is what you want with moving home.
