We contacted William Wells at Mullucks some years ago when we were thinking of building ourselves a smaller house in the orchard and were concerned about the impact this would have on our present house when we came to sell it. At that time he gave us knowledgeable and helpful advice on the planning issues and kept in regular touch so that by the time we were ready to think of selling we already had confidence in his sound judgement. Our house went on the market in September this autumn, not the most auspicious time to be selling. From the start everyone in the office was thoroughly efficient and helpful, returning calls promptly and once viewing started, keeping in constant touch with us and giving us feedback from those who had viewed in a charming and friendly manner. Couldn’t ask for more. A difficult property to sell but Mullucks rose to the challenge and achieved our price expectation. The exchange to completion was very protracted due to complications with the buyer but the agents stuck with it and patiently worked with us throughout. Can’t recommend them enough.
