It's an estate agent. They try to get you to pay more than you can afford. Still haven't got back to me with a suitable property, and the property they said would be on my price range is double.

Very rude and also difficult to deal With. Just had another fruitless conversation with Mullucks who seem not to want to let or sell any of their clients property and also Are condescending and rude.

Never get help from there !

Appalling treatment initially as a prospective buyer from start to finish leaving my wife in tears after requesting highly personal information to establish whether we were 'suitable buyers' and not even having the decency to let us know the outcome or even a 'thank you'. Now their senior manager, as we have been told, has heavily influenced the vendor of another unrelated property we were purchasing until yesterday, to re-market, this after we had full price offer accepted progressed to surveys/searches etc. and associated cost.The lack of ethics this business shows and its treatment of prospective purchasers is disgusting. Please do yourself a huge favour and avoid at all costs.

Younger staff need proper mentoring by the more experienced and respectful colleagues. They’ve let themselves down with a new hire recently who lacks respect and customer service abilities.

So frustrated with an agent like this - Working in the property industry myself I am appalled of how bad the quality of service just was - I called to find out about a property was told pets and children are not allowed - fair enough but they had absolutely no interest whatsoever in saving my details for future properties coming up. I have a spare budget of 1k for me and my family and was completely just put to the side. They asked for no details, my name, my number, nothing ! Cherry picking applicants who have better budgets is dangerous so be more considerate even if you do not intend to call someone because you just made me feel like rubbish. I have been in this industry myself for over 10 years and worked / work for some of the biggest companies in the UK and in my time whether you have 1000pcm (which is decent outside London, hence why you can get a house for this money) or 5000pcm I have treated everyone the same. I had the misfortune of using their service. Once the contract was signed I found most of their staff to be rude, unprofessional arrogant and unhelpful.NegativeProfessionalism
