Bought our first property through CJ Hole and the process with them was relatively straightforward. First, we had our viewings with Keiran and found our house. He was polite and very communicative, never left me waiting for a response. He arranged a few more viewings for us whilst we were sorting out the legal bits and another lady who works part time (forgot her name) sometimes did the viewing. Both were polite, gave us all the info they had and didn't rush us when viewing our house. Once we had moved along more into the process, we worked with Karly who actually seemed to know what was happening more than our solicitor at times. She kept me informed, was very communicative and helped chase those who needed to be chased in the end so we could complete before Xmas. We even got a bottle of prosecco in the end when collecting the key. We weren't expecting it all and really appreciate the gesture, thank you! Very thoughtful. Sorry we are unable to return the gesture, but we hope this review makes you feel appreciated.
