Great service and communication throughout purchase
We used Enfields Bitterne as a buyer, when we were purchasing our first home. We largely dealt with Kevin, however also spoke with other members of the team throughout the purchase. We came across a couple of hurdles during the purchase and Kevin was quick to offer support and guidance, which as first time buyers was incredibly valuable. Kevin kept us up to date with progress during the purchase on behalf of the seller, and by contacting our solicitor directly. He was prompt in finding answers to our questions and explained any required actions to us clearly. Although working to represent the seller we really felt like he had both parties interests in mind and worked to create solutions that satisfied both the seller and ourselves. We couldn't have been happier with the support Enfields provided during our purchase, and would likely choose to use their services when we decide it's time for us to sell in the future.

Simply the Best!
Having bought and sold a dozen times, I chose Enfields because of their professionalism, expert knowledge of the local area and I couldn't have chosen a better agent. Daryl who came round to value my property is polite, courteous and instils confidence. I believe the agent showing prospective purchasers around your home has to strike the right balance of professionalism whilst being approachable - these are the qualities that Daryl has. Kevin who follows up everything once the sale has been achieved is brilliant. Always returns calls (no matter how many times you feel you need to speak to him), reassuring and knowledgeable about all aspects of the selling and buying process. Goes above and beyond to ensure all runs smoothly. I cannot recommend Enfields of Bitterne highly enough. Thank you all in the office for the way you handled my sale and kept in contact throughout. A brilliant team who are a credit to Estate Agents.

Honestly and integrity
As someone who works within the property industry I'm lucky enough to hear and see the good and the bad estate agents in Southampton. It really is a minefield and I have huge sympathy for potential sellers who are trying to navigate the maze of sales pitches. For this reason I thinking sites like this are so important as it allows potential customers to get independent and unbiased reviews of agents they may be considering. I've been lucky enough to have dealt with Daryl on a number of occasions, both with properties I own and also viewed potential houses to buy. He's passionate about what he does and his preparation and understand of my home and the general market is always second to none. He has huge integrity and is very honest about the whole process. I can not recommend Enfields in Bitterne enough to anyone considering selling their home. Thank you for all you done for me Daryl.

Excellent Customer Service
I would like to thank Kevin and his staff for the excellent Customer Service offered throughout the sale of our house and onward purchase. From our very first meeting with Daryl who valued the house, through to completion, we couldn't have asked for better. Communication was fantastic, weekly phone calls from Kevin with updates (whether there was anything new or not), from chasing up our buyers solicitors to answering simple queries, he always displayed a cheery 'can do' attitude. The whole experience was much less stressful with the teams help and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Enfields Bitterne to anyone wishing to sell their property..

Organised,Friendly, & Relaxed.
Adam , as just helped me to get a flat in Woolston, which was just where & what I required. It was all done quickly & with no fuss, just as it should be, all the staff in Bitterne are always friendly & helpful. Thanks again Adam.

Sale and purchase
Kevin and team were fantastic from start to finish on both the sale of our property and purchase of another one also managed by Enfields. Amazing communication from Kevin from start to finish he really kept on top of the solicitors and went above and beyond to help move the chain through. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Will definitely recommend Enfields to a friend
We bought our house through Enfields in 2008 and decided to use them again to sell our house in 2016. We received an excellent service from Kevin and the team and I would definitely recommend them to a friend. We were given weekly updates to keep us informed on the process which was much appreciated as selling a house is a stressful time. Enfields know their market well and we trusted the advice they gave us.

Best estate agents in Bitterne.
Sold my flat for more than I had honestly expected to get and they got the offer pretty quickly, keeping me updated every step of the way. I have dealt with other estate agents in the area and found them all to be hard work so I would highly recommend anyone selling to use Enfields. Head and shoulders above the rest!
