Excellent service from a highly knowledgeable team of agents.
The exception to prove the rule. Kevin and his team demonstrated to myself, my family (who are somewhat sceptical of estate agents) and in turn, my property's new homeowner, precisely why they are considered market leaders in the very competitive Bitterne property market. From initial contact through to post-sale after-service, the team were always available, whether in office, via email or at the end of a phone - particularly Kevin, who as owner of the business showed considerable experience and a calm, collected manner when dealing with what many describe as "one of the most stressful things you can do" - namely moving home by buying and selling a property. Having achieved the sale price initially indicated and agreed upon when first valuing the property, as well as attaining it within the target timeframe that I needed, I can honestly say that the Enfields Bitterne team are the only team of professionals I could recommend, when selling or buying a home within east Southampton. Having dealt with property for most of my adult life in some form or another, it was a welcome change in this instance to be able to rely upon the advice of others for a change. If you are thinking about moving, buying a home or indeed selling a property in an area covered by Kevin and his team, then I would not hesitate to recommend them to you, as I have to others. (PS: This is not a paid for review - they genuinely are that good, see for yourselves. I could happily supply the address of my former property, but to respect the privacy of it's new owner, I'll refrain.)

Highly recommended local agent
Adam and Kevin were fantastic when we sold our property in Sholing. From the valuation stage through to exchange we were kept up to date throughout. Moving is stressful and our move was no exception, but despite myself and my partner completely stressing and panicking constantly Kevin handled the sale (and us!) brilliantly. An actual face to face service rather than a random person you can only contact on the phone and may never speak to again, I never once had to explain who I was and what property I was calling about when I called, it was a personal service. I cannot recommend this estate agent enough, they are local, they are experienced, they are friendly, they are knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. Thank you!

HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
As Executors for our late sister we asked Enfields to value the property and then instructed them to sell on our behalf. Right from the outset their communication has been brilliant, contacting as promised with weekly updates. We believe they put their clients first and therefore give realistic valuations and do not worry about themselves. The valuation they gave was proved to be accurate and the property has sold without any major snags. Well done to the team at Enfields and in particular Kevin who has liased with us throughout.

Another successful sale
Kevin Ashley and his team of highly competent and professional estate agents have again delivered an excellent service. I have used this company twice now and have always been extremely pleased with the results. Clients are kept fully informed throughout the process of selling by email; Kevin and the team are also available by phone should the need arise. This firm in Bitterne is held in high regard for the standards it offers all.

You won't do better
Have used this branch twice as a buyer and twice as a seller - this last time as a seller Kevin and his team - in my humble opinion could not be bettered The best things about the branch is their - honesty , integrity and patience - they will tell you just how it is -- even if sometimes - you may not want to hear it -- but that way there are no nasty surprises. I wish the branch the very best of luck in the future - and would advise anyone not to hesitate in using them to buy/sell a property

Fantastic, professional service
Enfields were brilliant. We were selling at the end of a period of letting our property and having previously had great difficulty selling with another agent (many sales falling through and lots of stress). Enfields were friendly and professional throughout, marketing the property quickly and efficiently, dealing sensitively with unhelpful tenants in their notice period and keeping us up to date incredibly well throughout. Thoroughly trustworthy. We had an extremely straightforward and fast sale in the end and were very impressed with Enfields in Bitterne.

Competitive, highly professional estate agency
The sale of our detached property did not proceed in a straight forward manner because of difficulties in the chain. The ultimate, successful outcome owed much to the diligence and professionalism of the Bitterne staff involved. Communication with us was excellent at all times - whether it was providing specific feedback from potential buyer visits or following through after offer acceptance to completion and exchange. We appreciated the specific advice on presenting our property and the weekly communication from the team. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful at all times. Roles were clear and delegation effective. Their knowledge and expertise of buying and selling in this area of Southampton ensured that the property was marketed at a realistic price and that we achieved close to what we anticipated.

Sale of flat
Enfields were supportive and proactive in the sale of my flat, from marketing all the way to completion. Having dealt with a few estate agents during the house buying process, Enfields' comparative professionalism, knowledge and experience were evident.
