Simply criminal what they did with the poor old man, driving around in a fancy Mercedes whilst properties are rotting, riddled with damp and some even having rats reported. Proctors and Hunters 200 yards away and much better
imagine accepting a 90 year old as a guarantor AND THEN when the debtor doesn't pay setting up a go fund me to recoup the cost AND THEN when people kick off (rightly so) you decide the old man can keep the money, and try to take the credit 😂 you should be struck off!
Taking money from pensioners
So let’s get this right... you firstly allowed an 89 year man be a guarantor, you’ve then set him up on a payment plan to collect some arrears knowing full well that will leave him short on other essentials and then even though he’s agreed to a payment plan you’ve then took it upon yourselves to set up a gofundme page on his behalf to collect the money for your own benefit?!? Disgusting behaviour “There was no way Alan could afford to clear this huge debt. Despite this Alan has agreed a payment plan that will take years to pay off. Sadly, this means Alan will have to go without other essentials.”
Scubbers who take money off 91 year olds. Ran by a rat who prentends to need a walking stick on TV. Be different if the roles was reversed
Ainsworth Lord Estates why was a 90 year old man accepted as a guarantor? Totally against the law. Shoddy ways! Both you as a company and the landlord should be utterly ashamed. Would you do this to your own elderly relatives?! I think not. I will never come to your estate agent for anything as I'm sure many others won't now. That poor elderly man at breaking point and you are basically trying to act like the martyr, really?
Having had a family member rent from them I found them to be the worst possible. House was damp and had rats ... just got told to ring the council ... no support ! When asked to leave the tenancy early due to the disgusting state of the house they threatened and refused to help. This place pray on the weak and place people in Disgusting living conditions as they have no where else to turn . They have no moral compass and just in it to make money and exploit the venerable!!
Absolutely disgusting. Parasites preying on a vulnerable 89 year old man. Do not rent from these
selfish and greedy slumlords who allowed a man to be a guarantor despise him being 90. disgusting behaviour
