Avoid avoid avoid i would not let this man rent my garden shed. No morals or ethics cost me 1000,s pounds. Run run away shocking distgusting service . Complete idiot or even a clown.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! They are an absolute joke of a letting agents and should be ashamed of theirselves!

STAY WELL AWAY!!! ABSOLUTE CON ARTIST scammed me out of my deposit. Along with thousand others. 2week before I left the property Paul came out to do an inspection everything was fine said nothing needed doing. I handed my keys in he said I'll be getting my deposit that week. Didn't happen. Had no contact since been ringing every day to be told of someone else there i m not getting it back because of something that was already like it was wen I moved in. Iv put a post on a local group to find out I'm not the only one who this had happened to there's hundreds.

What an absolute joke this company is...... I would not recommend anyone to use them, still not had my deposit back after two months, Ainsworth Lord Estates have done absolutely nothing to help me contact the landlord and they have no records of my Tenancy agreement!! Staff and management are an absolute joke!!!

Paul is the most deciving person a wil ever meet when a was not working and on my own with my daughter he conned me out of 840 pound said a could rent a property for a certain amount then changed it without tellin me which left me in the crap he needs bringin down a have never seen my money again and he plods on in that business like he owns it well he dose but not in his name as his assistant told me it has to go in his wife name as he declared bankrupt so more scammin not only tennants but the country digusting he is going to get what he deserves one day he thought a was stupid by changing all the paper work but a found a loop in the paper work to prove he did it behined my back the whole company is a sham and never in my life do a want to see that man lucky am on my feet have a good job and working hard he could have good tennants if he were a con airtist arghhhhhhh ad give no stars if a could everyone who wants or is apart of ale should take the properties off them that would leave them high and dry give them a taste of what it's like to b left out and in the gutter and nearly homeless with a baby
