Give this Estate Agents a miss. Firstly the first buyer pulled out and they didn't even notify us. Secondly, Paul Sherwood that works there is a very rude person, he does not accept or return your calls and when I phoned him on my mobile to catch him out he immediately blocked me after the call. Our property went under offer immediately then it took nearly two years for the sale to be finalised. We have only just found out from our solicitors that the final buyer was someone we had never heard of. The Estate Agents do not tell you the truth and have buyers in mind that they prefer and make it their job to ensure they sell to who they want to sell to. Only accept working class no consideration for people on benefits won’t consider or even look at individual circumstances! Want crazy amount of fees for everything!
