Moving in was easy, and Katrina was so professional and helpful and overall really lovely to deal with throughout our tenancy. However, another agent was much less professional in his manner and insisted we, as tenants, were to blame for an issue which was later proven not to be the case at all. We also had a problem with humidity and damp in our property, with moisture coming up through the concrete floor. They then tried to charge us for the pleasure of a damp carpet at the end of the tenancy despite us reporting the issue several times and nothing being done to rectify the issue, which resulted in us having to spend over £100 on a dehumidifier to try and reduce the problem (bearing in mind we had a very young baby) We ended up having to vacate the property due to concerns for our health.
