My old letting agents sold up and moved their list of landlords across to Martin & Co, I was concerned that I wouldn't receive the same level of service I had been used to but to be fair, they have in most areas improved on this. In particular the personal service from Zoe has been very good, responding out of hours and with little delay. I would certainly recommend them to other landlords
