I am completely new to renting my property. I have spent some time researching letting agencies on internet and decided to check Martin&Co. From the moment I have enter their office I was treated with smiley faces from every single person working there. Then Samantha sits down with me and answer ALL the questions I had prepared related to renting apartment. Then she explained all the possible options Martin & Co offers. What also was nice is that she was not pushing to have a deal done instead she made sure I rethink all the options and be happy with what I choose. After I decided to rent my property through Martin &CO everything was done exceptionally good. Samantha was great with quickly getting back to me with any question I had. I was kept up to date , I did not have to chase anybody for any updates. From my experience I can tell that whole Southbourne team is going extra mile. Please keep it this way.

Since meeting Sam we have had excellent service. She is a good communicator, professional but considerate and kind. Her friendly manner makes dealing with her a pleasure and we look forward to further developing this relationship in the New Year when we hopefully will let the property. We had a great experience moving in with Camilla Sigley's help. Everything was sorted very quickly and promptly, we were given all the necessary move in information. Due to work constraints we could not move it at the original allocated time and Camilla was very flexible allowing us to pick up the keys at an alternate time, we would really recommend them!
