In the space of one week we find the perfect place. Leah was very proactive and available with us, we felt really informed throughout the process. Leah was kind enough to organize a second viewing to take some measurements and in general she was always positive and found all the answers and information we needed. They partner with legalforlandlords for references and they also helped and contacted when certain things were missing so that everything could be submitted on time. I genuinely feel this has been the easiest thing to do and that's a massive plus considering how difficult it can be with renting these days.

I would like to thank all the staff of Martin & Co, especially David and Ashley. David is a reliable, enthusiastic and responsible real estate agent. I feel lucky to have his help. He is not only enthusiastic about his work, but also caring for strangers, which is hard to find in today's society. So far, he has never made money from me. I only asked him to do a house valuation , and he was very enthusiastic to help. I hope others can also be lucky enough to meet David when buying and selling houses.
