After searching for a property to buy for over 4 months, I switched to searching for a rental property and found one listed by Martin and Co. The viewing was arranged for that day and my application was accepted the same night. Throughout the whole process Jen was brilliant in communicating between myself and the landlord, as well as allowing access to the property as needed. She was thorough, extremely helpful and even worked with contractors to ensure some extra requests were seen to before my move in commenced!
