I was very impressed that Mandy responded so quickly to my 'urgent' email about my central heating breakdown and even more so when the heating engineer arrived within the hour. I was originally with Panorama before Martin & Co acquired them. The transition was seamless and so far has been great. Any time a tenant has issues I'm contacted by one of the team and the issue is conveyed clearly with a plan of action to resolve any issue. Zoe is particularly good at that and very helpful.

I called them out of the blue thinking they were the head office of Martin and co. thy don't help you only for letting or sales, the manager of the office took his time to explain me how to sort out my issue (he didn't have to do it) and he did help.
