We have two flats in Bournemouth but live 150 miles away. We let the flats through Martin and Co as it wouldn't be possible for us to manage the home maintenance issues that arise from day to day living from a distance. Jolene has sorted out many problems, to our satisfaction and the satisfaction of our tenants. Jolene has good local knowledge, is efficient, thorough and keeps us informed at all times.
