For example, dates and times of viewings, how many interested tenants, and their feedback! Brilliant service and very helpful in every step

I had 2 tenanted properties managed by Whitegates, and I recently sold one of them, using Whitegates as the selling agent. The support and assistance from all the staff at Whitegates was excellent. They were helpful, professional, and regularly kept me up to date with progress. I was out of the country for some months during the sale, but this didn't affect the process in any way as they covered issues that I could not easily address. They were in regular contact with my solicitor and I was thoroughly impressed by the whole team. Special thanks to Gail but they were all commendable.

12 Years plus of excellent service. We initially moved to Whitgates after a not so good experience with an alternative letting agent and the length of time we have been with them speaks for itself. What I like the most about the agency is their frankness and honesty. They don't go around in circles trying to get more from you but they listen to the customer and do whatever they can to help. Renting our property was not done as a business venture but as a requirement when the market was not as good as it is now and we could not sell. When the right time did come around and we decided to sell, Whitegates's staff where on hand with their valued advise on the best way to do that and their advise definitely paid off as we sold the house very quickly and without any concerns.
