This inconsistency has completely eroded my trust in their processes. The rent guarantee scheme, which should have paid out promptly, has been delayed due to what appears to be negligence on their part. The lack of resolution and clarity has left me feeling frustrated and let down. Landlords, beware! If you’re looking for reliable and professional service, I cannot recommend Whitegates. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their communication and handling of such matters.
