We have been working with Catherine who has been professional, approachable and able to provide a highly personal service. Communication has been amazing and nothing has felt like a hassle. Catherine has listened to our needs and has given us a lot of her time for which we are extremely grateful. We cannot thank her enough as this move is enabling us to make lifelong changes for our family. We have had lots of questions and always received a response promptly. The communication between all members of CJ Hole at Bradley Stoke has kept us informed at each stage of our move. We feel that Catherine has developed a personal, professional relationship with us because of her positive, warm nature and ability to listen. The move is still in progress but we are so excited about our new house and cannot wait to make it a home. This wouldn't be possible without Catherine for which we are eternally grateful. He is passionate about the property industry having 28 years of experience.
