CJ Hole provided outstanding customer service during the sale of a property that we were selling as executors on behalf of a dear friend. Sam presented as extremely knowledgeable and efficient and was also very personal, approachable and understanding of the difficult circumstances that we were facing. All of the staff in the office that we had dealings with were very helpful and courteous. Every telephone call and email was responded to by return, in an efficient and timely way. The house was put on the market on 8th January and we were received a memorandum of sale on 21st January, 13 days later! Exchange and completion came around the time of lockdown, but despite very difficult circumstances the team at CJ Hole worked very hard to ensure that the sale went through successfully. Thank you! I would like to express my sincere thanks to Sam, who was always at the other end of the phone to provide support. It is beyond the scope of this review to out line the sad circumstances faced, but Sam kept in touch in a very caring and understanding way and went above and beyond to be helpful and supportive. A huge thank you Sam.
