Dealt with CJ hole when buying my first home. The girl who showed us round the properties was not pushy and let us get on with it. The office were professional when making an formal offer, no pushy sales negotiators here. The sales progression team are also helpful in chasing up various parties including both parties solicitors, making the process move along smoothly. Would definitely use them if i ever want to sell my house in the future. Overall a lot better estate agent them some of the other ones we dealt with along the way.

Fantastic service. We had been let down by another agent in the same building that were lazy, rude, didn’t listen and had a Teflon coat, that we lost our dream home as well as I found out they had messed the owner about too as I apologised to her for what happened to find out we had both been duped. Went to see Samantha at CJ Hole at Bradley stoke, explained our situation and circumstances. Within a month and half from talking to her, we had completed on our new home. The team there were everything we needed after being treated the way we had by other agents. Definitely recommend, and would use again if we had to sell or rent.

We have been looking for a new home in Bristol for one year. In that time we have seen more than 70 properties with many agencies. The understanding of our needs was highest with CJ Hole by a long margin.
