Myself and a family member purchased an investment property through this branch at the end of last year. Negotiators Julian and Steph were brilliant! So helpful in answering our many questions and accommodating viewings and visits. We then instructed the Lettings team to manage the property. We have had two sets of lovely tenants with excellent rental income. The property has only been vacant for 3 days in total since we completed! Claire takes a really enthusiastic approach to the marketing and finding tenants. CJ Hole provided my girlfriend and I with an excellent service, with fees that were much less expensive than all of the other local estate agencies for letting.
