David Burrows and Lizzie Livemore were great with the marketing of the property. They generated a lot of interest in the property before it was even listed with photos (due to local knowledge and understanding what the customers are looking for). The photographer was very good also. The house sold well above what we were expecting to get so cannot complain at all. One thing I will mention though, think long and hard before using their conveyancers: JS Law. I suggest finding your own local experts closer to where you are buying as opposed to a corporate call centre with poor interaction throughout. We used them thinking it would make the purchase and sale easy, but it was very often frustrating, and emails/calls were ignored throughout the process. Sansome and George were excellent however and I would highly recommend. Thanks again.
