Fantastic service

We recently sold our house with Next Chapter and we would thoroughly recommend them.. Amir is a very personable, honest guy who, together with his wife, delivers a fantastic service. As first time sellers, we had a lot of questions throughout the process and Amir was very helpful in his advice. Nothing was too much trouble. The cost is a fixed fee and significantly cheaper than other local estate agents. Clearly this was a big bonus to us. Amir makes himself easily contactable, even late in the evenings and at weekends. Though this may seem a minor point to some, to a working mum who doesn't stop until the kids are in bed, this was very helpful to me and much appreciated! Overall we felt that Amir was very accommodating, upfront and someone who took the time to listen and understand us and what we wanted and then he worked extremely hard to make it happen. We have already recommended Next Chapter to our friends and family and we will be returning ourselves as and when we come to move again in the future!
