A Breath of Fresh Air - Superb!

It was obvious to see when meeting with Amir last year for a valuation that he was very enthusiastic and wanting to make a difference in the Estate Agency space. When finally putting our house on the market this year I was pleasantly surprised to see that Amir was if anything, more driven and focused on deliverying a top level of service than he was before. The photography was very impressive and the advice given prior to having the photos taken proved invaluable in showing our home off to it's full potential. As promised the service levels did not drop throughout the sale process as I have experienced when using other firms. When concerns were raised about my buyers lack of positive movement Next Chapter took the necessary steps to make sure things were moving in the right direction and gave the comfort level that I needed to allow them continue without my continued chasing. Regular updates and good communication are key to good service and Amir and his team did an excellent job in this area. I would highly recommend them to anyone else in the area looking for a positive estate agent experience. You are not made to feel like you are one many clients being managed in order of priority but instead treated individually with the correct level of importance you expect when paying someone for a service. I wish Amir and his company a very successful future and thank them for helping make this part of our a move a much less stressful one.
