We picked Lovelle as 1 of the 3 Estate Agents to give a Valuation on my late mums property. Jess arrived at the appointment time and had a good look around the property. She asked relevant questions as we went along. Then gave us the Valuation which was the same as one of the other Estate Agents. The 3rd Estate Agent gave a considerably lower Valuation which raised my suspicions. What really sold us in going with Lovelle was the attitude of Jess. She had the right attitude from the start. She then proceeded to tell us how she thought the property would best be marketed. The way the pictures would be best taken and having a virtual tour of the house done to help in the sale. The property stands in large grounds so Jess recommended having a drone fly around the garden and do footage taken directly above the whole area to show the house and grounds at their best. She was the only one of the three Estate Agents to mention how best to sell it and was not just going through the motions like the other. She was the chosen one on the day she gave the Valuation. The house was listed and sold for the full asking price within 24 hours. The Buyer told me that what sold them wanting a viewing was the quality of the sales brochure online, the virtual tour and mainly the drone footage as it really showed everything at its best. The whole process from start to finish was carried out by the Team in a very professional but friendly manner.
