Upfront I want to admit I have a healthy skepticism of real estate agents. I dealt with George Wayne at Mishon Mackay Brighton and had a great experience, I highly recommend him and the team in the office. The selling process in the UK is a nightmare of arcane and mostly pointless conveyancing (compared to my experiences in Australia and the USA buying and selling multiple properties). George wadded through it with good humor and professionalism the whole time, including putting up with me ranting how ridiculous and pointless the solicitors were, going back and forth for three and a half months over basically nothing.
