Northwood is the first estate agents we've dealt with that we have come out of with an overwhelmingly positive experience. We really enjoyed our viewing was really friendly, approachable, and felt personal. The way the applicants are picked feels more personal which we liked as feeling like a number can become quite demeaning. Following being accepted all information was clear and responses were quick! We would definitely choose to use Northwood again when our tenancy ends!
