We were really pleased to find an estate agency that seemed a bit more personal. On the viewing, they were very positive and it was great to hear that if the property fell through, the agency fees were refundable - unlike many other agencies we’d experienced. Luckily we managed to secure the property and they were very accommodating during the moving process, changing times and dates to suit us. Since moving in, we have had good experiences with communication and any issues seem to be dealt with promptly - or they’ve trusted us to do it! Overall, we would recommend Northwood as a rental agent in Bristol.
