I have rented my flat in Bristol with Northwoods for the last 5 years. Northwoods have exceeded my expections with their professionalism. If there is every a problem then they are very fast to react and solve/fix it. Recently my flat flooded over night and Matt was there at the drop of a hat with a mop. They handled all of the insurance and I haven’t had to lift a finger!! I chose the guaranteed rent option as it was more than enough to cover my mortgage etc. This gave me piece of mind even if a tenant wasn’t living there. They do 3 monthly inspections which means that they keep your property in good condition, they take photos of everything so they know what the condition was like when you first hand it over to them. We recently bought another flat to rent in Bristol and within 2 days of signing the contract we had received our 1st months guaranteed rent! Can’t say a bad word against them. Big thumbs up to Hannah D and Matt H for keeping me happy for 5 years. Keep up the good work.
